Mykita Eyewear Video Review
Liz at Advanced Eyecare Center of Redondo Beach Video Reviews Mykita Eyewear. Liz shows you these great eyeglass frames that are made in Germany from a single sheet of stainless steel.
Hey everyone, this is Liz at Advanced Eyecare Center in Redondo Beach
Today I’m going to be talking to you guys about Mykita Eyewear.
Mykita Eyewear started in 2003 by four product designers in Germany.
Their name which a lot of people think is Japanese is actually German for My Kindergarten,
Which is an homage to their first office space.
Mykita Eyewear has won numerous prestigious design awards for their precision craftsmanship and the new technologies they integrate in their frames.
Mykita Eyewear are all hand-made in Berlin using surgical stainless steel, making them some of the lightest frames we carry here at Advanced Eyecare.
They’re laser etched, hand painted, and much like Japanese origami, they are bent and folded into the shapes of the frames you see here.
What’s really cool about the Mykita frames is that they have screw-less hinges so you don’t ever have to worry about losing a screw in your glasses.
Mykita Eyewear offers very unique avant-garde, modern frame designs that are very versatile, so you can pair your Mykitas’ with a business suite or wear them casual when you’re playing sports.
So stop by at Advanced Eyecare Center in Redondo Beach, your authorized dealer of Mykita Eyewear in the South Bay.
